The 37.5-hour week just died with the Cortes

Hola from Remote Work Europe, Five weeks since the last Spain digest, and a great deal has happened in about nine days of it. Spain is going to the polls, a long list of employment legislation died in the process, and the invoicing rules that everybody has been bracing for moved again, in two different directions at once. I have checked every date in this issue against the BOE rather than the coverage, because a lot of what is circulating this week is wrong in a specific and expensive way....
